By accessing or using the App, you affirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and fully able and competent to enter into and be legally bound by these Terms. You also agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

2. Description of Services

WeldCalcPro is designed to provide welding parameter calculations, reference guides, amperage charts, and related tools for MIG/GMAW, TIG/GTAW, Stick/SMAW, and FCAW welding processes (the "Services"). The specific features and capabilities of the App may change from time to time.

3. Credits and Payments

WeldCalcPro uses a coin-based system for calculations. Coins may be obtained through subscription plans or individual purchases.

• Each calculation costs 1 coin.
• Pro subscribers receive unlimited calculations with no coin cost.
• Free users receive a starter set of coins and can earn more through daily rewards.
• Purchased coins do not expire.
• Coins are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or App Store policies.

4. Disclaimer of Accuracy

Important: The welding parameters, calculations, and recommendations provided by WeldCalcPro are intended as general guidelines only. They are NOT certified engineering recommendations and should NOT be used as a substitute for professional engineering judgment, certified welding procedures (WPS), or applicable welding codes and standards.

Users are solely responsible for verifying all welding parameters against applicable codes, standards, and project specifications before use. WeldCalcPro assumes no liability for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the use of parameters provided by the App.

5. User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Welding is inherently dangerous and requires proper training, certification, and safety equipment.
• You will always verify calculated parameters against applicable welding codes and standards.
• You will follow all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• The App is a reference tool and does not replace proper welding education or certification.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership:

All content, features, and functionalities available through the App are owned by or licensed to WeldCalcPro and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. WeldCalcPro makes no warranties regarding the operation or availability of the App. Welding parameters and calculations may vary based on actual conditions and are not guaranteed to be suitable for any particular application.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeldCalcPro and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages related to welding work performed using parameters from the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WeldCalcPro's principal operations are based. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
